These no-fuss clinic days are easy to run via your chosen virtual meeting platform, and I can see up to six individuals in a single day. The content of each session is of course confidential but I encourage attendees to provide feedback to the organiser so that you will know straight away how much benefit and value they’re taking from their session.

EAPs can provide a valuable service, but they can also feel remote, impersonal and forbidding to the user. They are run by large organisations with multiple contact points in different teams and departments, with counsellors and advisors who can be inexperienced or not very engaged.
