We face pressure from many areas of our busy modern lives.

But it doesn’t have to come to that.
Society talks about our emotional states in terms of 'wellbeing' or 'mental health/illness'. The current narrative tends to imply that people are either profoundly happy, or profoundly unwell.
Of course, in reality, it's more of a rich spectrum.
We have ups and we have downs. Most of the time, our daily worries, stresses and frustrations are not serious mental health problems. They are emotional health imbalances.
Understanding our emotional needs and how to meet them means we know how and why the waves get choppy. Importantly, once we recognise an imbalance, we can do something about it before the situation gets worse.

Emotional health is a vitally important but underappreciated tool for self regulation - especially for your top talent.
