The seemingly never-ending succession of virtual meetings that most of us are now required to attend but that are usually devoid of meaningful social interaction don’t help our emotional state either.

The result is that your people are left uninspired, disconnected and frequently feeling more isolated. Even those who have come back to the office may still be struggling with worries and anxiety.
