‘The Wellbeing Guy’ Jon Bockelmann-Evans undergoes brand evolution to better reflect the challenges that leaders and their teams are experiencing.
“When the world was sitting still, everything was changing’, said South Wales emotional wellbeing coach Jonathan Bockelmann-Evans, “from where we work to how we work with others both inside and outside of our organisations. Leaders have always been required to challenge, motivate and encourage their staff to be resilient, productive and self-managing. Now they have to do this whilst working remotely with teams that rarely come together in person. This is something that we could hardly have imagined three years ago.”
The expert reflected on this challenging situation. “For JBE Health it became a time for change; to evolve the brand into something that visually and behaviourally reflects the current needs of clients old and new. The underlying principles of ‘Cope. Thrive. Succeed’ that I’ve always taught remain unchanged, but the visualisation of how these are achieved now comes about via The Nine Principles of Wellbeing which sit at the core of everything we do in work, and life, to be resilient and ultimately happy.”
The rebrand has also been supported by a change in its identity. “ Whilst the name hasn’t changed subtle tweaks to the logo have been made with colours I’ve chosen to represent protection, tranquillity, joy and communication – all of which are essential to the wellbeing of ourselves and our teams at work.”
JBE Health is based in Penarth, South Wales, and works with large public and private sector organisations including Nike, EE and Dow as well as schools and colleges throughout England and Wales.
